Sprained & Bruised
My left hand from my crash Sunday looks like I went ten rounds with Mike Tyson in a boxing match. No knuckles are visible on my ring and pinky finger, but with an ice massage it should get better in the next few days. It's not broken, but it still hurts enough to cause pain when my daughter grabs it. Today I'll attempt to ride some out at Standing Rocks before we try to fix a switchback section that is not in good shape and I may just be supervising any hard labor. Most of the pressure when I'm riding is on my thumb and index finger. If it hurts too much today, I'll just ride back to the car or try the rails to trail that has a smooth surface for miles. A ride report to come later if I can tolerate the pain...
