Bad Hand=Good Mountain Biking
My swollen hand survived the sub two hour mtb ride today at Standing Rocks. Jim and I rode the entire 13 mile loop with a few stops to evaluate areas that need work soon. If it were not for the Ergon grips on my bike, I'd probably wouldn't have finished the ride. By keeping my wrist up and having my hand resting on a larger platform, I believe that this helped to keep the pressure off my damaged hand. Tomorrow morning I'll see if it works for a another day of training miles.

I hope your hand feels better soon as I know the feeling with my crushed fingers. See you soon.
