What I would call a not so normal weekend for the family. No races to travel to so we took in our big city with a family ride down to Bukolt park down on the river. We watched the Lactic Edge triathlon, got some treats (ice cream, smoothies & a mocha) at Emy J's, supported the farmer's market on the square, and stopped at the library & bookstore. A fun ride and the kids really enjoyed being pulled around on the tag-a-long and in the kiddie trailer.

Family Time/No Training Allowed Today
