An exciting ride this morning as I tried to outrun the storm coming up behind this rainbow. I made it home just five minutes before the heavy showers and hail came through the area. The lightning and thunder coming from the west was just the motivation needed to push the heart rate up near the LT zone. Sun and temps in the mid 80's are forecast for the remaining daylight hours today. Pedal on...
