Slow Week
No rides outside to report on as I'm trying to take it easy and stay inside with my shoulder injury still not being at a comfort level that's acceptable to me. The last few days have been very uncomfortable both day and night. On a brighter note. team and equipment wise everything for the upcoming season is looking up. Our new Adventure 212 team kits will be done shortly thanks to Hidden Bay Sports, Specialized team helmets just need to be delivered to me or picked up, my new Garmin 705 cycling gps arrives today, and soon I should hopefully be seeing deliveries from Twin 6 and Ergon. These products will definitely help to keep me motivated until the weather finally breaks and the temps head towards Spring like numbers. Looking forward into the 2nd half of March, people should start noticing their entry checks clearing for the Chequamegon Fat Tire 40 in the next 7-10 days if picked in the lottery. Also, I'll soon have a link and more info up for our cycling clubs Spring Classic training rides that start on March 29th with the Milan San Rapids and follow on every Sunday through the end of April with Waupaca Flanders 4/5, Point du Nord 4/12, Amherst Gold 4/19, Amherst-Wild Rose-Amherst 4/26. Distances are from 50 to 80 miles on what many of us in this area consider to be the best cycling routes in Central Wisconsin. Lets look forward to a warmer weekend...Pedal on...

Point du Nord has about 15 miles of gravel with the others having very small amounts.
