Rest, Train, Rest
An early morning of road riding at Rib Mountain with Mark. Some good hard climbing along with seeing some guy on a unicycle climbing up and down the same 2.3 miles of pave to Rib Mtn State Park that overlooks the city of Wausau. Today I felt like my body has recovered from the depressing last two weeks of slow training rides, lots of rest and two WORS races.

A short video clip riding near the Mosinee Bluffs.

Constantine,
Glad to see that you survived the 24hr Worlds with a positive attitude. Rest up and recover. You've got a lot of endurance races left in those legs.

I to have completed my quest for the top of Rib Mountain. I pushed my carcass up that puppy four times today. I will be ready for kewaskum. I really want to go to worlds next year when my training is better.

The hill up through the neighborhood east of the climb up Rib, just past the church off the frontage road is also another painful loop for training.
