Just Ride
A very interesting early Saturday morning ride as the fog was heavy enough to cover everything with a blanket of moisture. I felt more like a windshield with no wipers as I attempted to get some miles in before heading off to work later in the morning. Today seems to be more promising as I get to drag my brother out to Standing Rocks for a four hour adventure off-road. Usually these rides are all done solo as most of my friends prefer to drive to the trails vs. and hour ride to and from. Training is on track for the 24 hour Worlds in Georgia as the biggest decisions will be about what to race in the upcoming weeks before I start tapering at the end of September along with my trip to InterBike.
