Forty-5
Again, caught by darkness just as the Tuesday night group road ride ended with the three of us that managed to show up to ride 45 miles. One cyclist was a newbie to the Tuesday ride, and he actually survived after hinting to us about dropping off and turning around at ten miles with an average pace over twenty mph for the first twenty miles, until Mr. Brown and I decided to coax him through the entire loop that included Morgan Hill and the Ragin Rooster Climb from the old WISport race that once was held in Amherst. My legs are back to a pre 24-9 state as I had no problem with the pace and climbs as my effort yo-yo'd back and forth with our small trio as we managed to not leave our newbie behind in God's Country.

I'm beginning to think that the Super-D at the WORS Cup might be possible Saturday with some creative planning, but our afternoon picnic on Saturday trumps any mountain bike racing at this stage of my week.
