I've decided to scrap the 12 hours of Sugar Creek race this weekend in favor of two long training days. I had planned on the 6 hour race, but since the weather hasn't been ideal I'll just save gas money and stay close to home. Training this week has been very low intensity with too many things happening at work and home. I recovered easily from the Iola race and I just need to shuffle around a few workouts to get myself back on track. The good news is that my Rudy Rack team jerseys are shipping on Monday and I should have them by the Alpine WORS weekend with any luck.
