Weekend Rides
Finally, two back to back days of great road riding with the only concern being the best way to dress as temps went from 30-50 degrees. Saturday I rode with MK and the weather went from dismal to sunny during the three hour ride, while yesterday was a relaxing solo effort of 135k on some of my favorite roads in the area. Today the weather is again turning for the worst as we are expecting snow again. These roller coaster weather patterns can make for some unique training schedules as you always need to have a backup plan ready. I'm jealous of the group rides posted by Mountain Goat in the Southern part of the state. They seem to get a good group of cyclist every weekend and the weather seems to be a step ahead of us in the North as we wait for the snow to disappear.

So, are you getting the bike in the picture?
Low thirties again this week. I know, not as cold as you guys. I hate the ups and downs of March.
We ended up with ice and snow late in the day yesterday. Today looks to be either the YMCA or the trainer in the basement with some vintage TDF tapes to make the time go faster.
