Team Rudy Rack/Specialized 2006

I'm very happy to be riding a Specialized Bicycle for 2006 along with having Rudy Rack as a main sponsor for the many races I'll compete in this season from XC to 24 hour solo races. It's going to make the early season bike setup easier once I get the bike built after racing an Epic S-Works over the last three seasons. The Epics have been great bikes with zero problems throughout the many training miles and races I've competed in. Rudy Rack was a huge help with sponsoring me last season at the 24-9 and have continued to sponsor me this season with custom team racewear along with additional race support. They have been amazing with the designs they've come up with for modular store racking at the Hostel Shoppe and many bicycle shops around the country. They are also the class sponsor for the WORS Sport series for 2006. Finally, the worst part about this news is waiting for the bike and my team jerseys to arrive in the next few weeks. How many times in a day can I look for the FedEx truck to make its delivery to the shop, only to be disappointed when no packages have my name on them.

Check out this Article (That Which Does Not Kill Me Makes Me Stranger) about the 2004-5 RAAM winner. 24 hour racing sounds pretty sane compared to RAAM.
