ORE 2 SHORE
So much for a good race at the Ore 2 Shore this year. It became a survival race as I just didn't have any power or speed to be competitive. I gave it my all in the first 28 miles before my body started to reject the effort I was trying to pull from it. I settled for a painful, but fun last 20 miles eventually finishing 89th out of almost 900 racers. It's amazing what you see along a race course without having your head down and flying. Marquette is a beautiful town and this race is one of the best in the midwest.

Eck, I hope all is well with your recovery. A good tow rope would have been needed to stay with anybody this year at O2S. Scott
