A great day off from work on Tuesday! Put in some road work with my fearless A212/Specialized MTB Team leader Chris Peariso on our cyclocross bikes. 4 hours later after a mix of pavement, gravel and snow the bikes were pretty well trashed with components starting to freeze up. As always it was an adventure with us finding new roads that neither of us had ridden before. Studded tires would have been nice as I got sideways more than a few times while Chris inched away with his studded Schwalbe treads. Like a most rides, it ended with a mocha cappuccino and a great lunch at the Bistro/Adventure 212 to refuel. Next up is QBP's Frostbike in Minneapolis this weekend. Pedal on...
