A great weekend for our Adventure 212/Specialized Mtb Team at the wet Cohuta 100. Chris Peariso stormed to a podium with a 2nd overall, I finished a disappointing 26th, but was happy to just finish after dealing w/ demons and old man issues. In the Big Frog 65 Darrin Braun took 1st overall for a trip to the top step of the podium and my brother Mark finished a very respectable 12th overall. Our two women racers placed very well with Lisa Krayer making the podium in 4th with Michelle Peariso placing 7th in the 65 miler. A big salute to our Specialized bikes and equipment for surviving 460 miles of pouring rain, thunder, lightning, fog, wind, 40+ mph decents, and tortuous climbs without any issues.
