From the time I got out of bed this morning I knew it would be a long day as I felt a bit under the weather. With the 110k Point du Nord Spring Classic happening at 9am, I think the mounting excitement along with being somewhat scared as my family's second adoption takes place tomorrow has taken more out of me then I could have imagined both physically and emotionally. Once on my bike I had hoped that I'd snap out of how crappy I felt, but with a massive headache and being fatigued I was lucky that the pace today was slower vs. previous versions of this ride and the nine of us stayed together for the whole
