Busy Fall
With many races left on the calendar I've also got a couple of fun week long events happening this fall. In September I'll head to Vegas for InterBike to be overwhelmed with whatever is new in the world of bicycles and in October it's off to North Carolina to do some mountain bike riding and testing with the Big S company in the Pisgah National Forest area. Both of these adventures will be a great way to cap off the season and while I'm in the Asheville area I hope to have chance to see my good friend Nate who manages a couple of bike shops in and around Hendersonville. As for this week I'm heading out to get some singletrack riding in for this weekends Subaru Cup at Nordic Mtn. tonight along with some trail packing in on Big D's TW Yamaha trail bike. I still haven't decided on whether I want to camp or just make the forty plus minute drive back to point on Saturday night. I might need some persuasion from a few people to pull the trigger and get the tent out. The NiteRider/Muddy Cup Poker Run does look like fun especially with the stash of NR lights I have from 24 hour racing. Pedal on...

Will you be driving to Asheville? Maybe I can meet you somewhere enroute, or down there.
