Back on the Bike
Yesterday I got my cycling legs moving again on the road bike and I actually felt pretty good after my low mileage weekend at 24-9 and a short training break. As of this morning I am leaning towards going to the Alterra race this weekend in Franklin with a goal of having fun, hanging out with my friends and scoring some( a few) points towards my overall standings. I might need to call on National 24 Hr Duo Champ Jerry for some H2O bottle assistance from his crew for my hydration needs, as I could be coming down to this race solo. Last year the temps were microwave hot and I hope that it's a bit cooler when we hear "GOooooooooooooooooooooooo" at 1:30 on this Sunday afternoon. Pedal on...

i should be there handing out water with barb during the elite race. lemme know.
I'll be there too to hand out bottles if you want. My big cooler will be stocked full of ice to keep you guys chilled.
