More Green Circle
With the wind and dark clouds looming overhead again it was another early morning of mountain biking. My brother joined me for an easy spin while we checked out all the downed trees from the storm yesterday. A few miles and sprinkles later from the heavens and it was back to the house for some good coffee and a nice post ride omelet with fresh veggies and ham. It's always nice to walk in from a workout and have a good meal ready to eat. Thanks to my wife for putting up with all my time I spend on the bike and away from the house. Pedal on...
