Trainer Daze
With the weather and roads still snow covered and sloppy, I've been force into the basement and onto my trainer. Tonight I picked up the movie "Departed" on DVD to watch while putting time in on the trainer tomorrow morning before daylight appears. It looks like this weather is here to stay for at least a few more weeks. I'm going to try and stay sane by working out at home and at the YMCA until the roads clear up. Trans-Iowa V3 is only two months away and approaching very fast.
