Thanks to Jeff Kerkove and Ergon, I'll be be starting off the new season having the latest grips and other ergonomic products from the company that has made the biggest difference for my training rides and 24 hour racing. More to come on these great products from Ergon in future posts.
In other news that's not very exciting or healthy. My home has been hit with everything from ear infections, pink eye, sinus infections and the flu bug during the past four days. My training has been taking a beating with all this crap making the house look like the sick ward at the local hospital. Tomorrow has to be better with a possible attempt to get on the trainer, to the YMCA, or outside for a 20 to 30 mile easy ride. I'm tired of being sick...
