From weather that felt like a heat wave on this mornings ride to a forecast that calls for 20+ mph winds, snow flurries, and temps in the low twenties tomorrow means that winter isn't going away without a fight. Until I get up tomorrow morning, I won't know what to believe from this forecast until I take a look outside. It's hard to get excited about training when you know that the trainer in the basement might be my ride of choice just before sunrise if the weather turns to crap. This weekend isn't looking any better with a chance of snow accumulation on my weekend off. With a more positive outlook, it could mean more time in the bike room building up new toys for spring riding that could make the hours riding the trainer a bit more bearable. Pedal on...
