Indoor Training Time

Waking up to -3 degrees with a possible high of 16 degrees today will definitely keep me inside today, either at home or at the local YMCA. I think I've gotten over the worst part of my head cold/sinusitis from last week, but I'm still not feeling 100% yet. I'm easing back into my workout routine so that I don't waste another day by having to take a five hour nap in the afternoon on a Sunday again. Last week was a total write off in regards to having any training benefits. I'll be glad to sweat indoors or outdoors this week depending on what the weather permits before I start having a major case of training withdrawals.
