Waiting is the hardest thing to do when you really want to be part of an event like the Trans-Iowa V3. On Sunday, the lucky 100 participants will be announced for this 300 plus mile adventure. Some of my friends ask me why? My answer to them is because I can, and also that it's amazing how much of a soul cleansing effect a 24 hour or longer event can have on you when you want to figure yourself out in life. Tomorrow will be all about being on my bike along with my nagging list of tasks to complete. 10 days until Christmas...
