Blog, Blog...
I must be bored, as this morning I've wasted lots of time reading the 29'er forum at mtbr.com and haven't gotten anything else done. For some reason the big wheeled bikes have caught my interest again after selling my Dos Niner last summer. Maybe it's the Trans-Iowa race and the creation of the my ultimate gravel road endurance bike that has me in this dilemma. The 96'er or 69'er bikes being built by a few small and one large company have also drawn some press with there motocross inspired set-ups using the smaller rear wheel to accelerate better and the larger front wheel to roll over just about anything along with offering some other good handling characteristics. Decisions, decisions. What's should this poor cyclist do? Maybe I should just continue commuting to work, focus on getting this old body in shape for the coming season and let somebody else figure out my gravel grinding bike. All my web surfing this morning has worn me out even before I get on my bike.
