24 Hour Nationals
Friday is all about getting packed for the 24 hours of heat and possible thunderstorms that all the racers will face Saturday. The pit area is going to be taken care of by mid-day once we get the Specialized tent set up and I'll finish dialing in my bike that afternoon while laying out the raceday plan with my brother concerning food and hydration with a heat index predicted to be above 100 degrees. Finally, a relaxing evening at home with a big dinner and a good nights sleep in my own bed before heading back to 9-mile to get set-up early on Saturday morning. The goal is to stay on the bike, keep moving, and place well. Stay Tuned...
