OTB
I elected to use today as an official OTB(off the bike) rest day since last night involved a few events that ran late into the evening and today we had a graduation party for one of my best friends son. It actually felt good to be like most normal folk while just lounging around the house with a few odd tasks and not worrying about what workout, route or amount of time I was going to spend on my bike. Tomorrow morning will come soon enough as I head out either before or right after the sunrise to log some quality miles on either pavement or dirt.
