Sunday ended with five hours of saddle time along with being around friends on the ride and at the potluck pancake feast before riding home. The temps never did get into the sixties as I rode most of the time in arm and knee warmers without feeling uncomfortably warm.
Today, the plan was to leave early and get some singletrack riding in at Standing Rocks, but I needed to back off a bit when my body didn't respond well to any hard efforts and was satisfied with six miles of singletrack, while the remainder of the 2 1/2 hr ride was rails to trails and the Green Circle Trail. Not much of a rest day, but it was a good sight seeing day at an easy pace.
