New Ride
Today looks to be perfect for playing around with my new
S-Works. I will also be doing some recon road riding trying to figure out the Alp du Rib Spring Classic training route that is scheduled for the last Sunday of the month and I should still have time to put some laps in on the
WORS singletrack at WORS headquarters with Big D spreading the word around that his trails are dry. Mid 50 temps for this time of year with sunshine can only be a great recipe for riding bicycles today. Also, cleaning and painting shutters for the house will get scheduled in somewhere today. I've got to keep certain people happy who support my addiction to this sport. My photography skills suck at this time, but with a little patience maybe the pics I take can get better if I stop screwing up the camera settings. It seems that some pics are better when I'm moving on the bike versus standing completely still. I should just stick with riding the bike and forget about the camera somedays.

The first thing I will change on this bike will be the addition of
Ergon grips and possible the stem as I ride it in the next few weeks to get a feel for new geometry which is claimed to be much needed improvement over my o4 Epic. Time and a few miles on singletrack will answer most of my questions.

Some first ride impressions should come later today if I find some time to post. Tomorrow is the Point du Nord ride along with trail work late in the afternoon. My Sundays are pretty much booked solid from now until the late Fall with races, trail work, and other commitments. Ride On...
